What you can export
For oligonucleotides you can export sequences (FASTA) from Oligo Properties or batch workflows, 3D structures (PDB) and screenshots (PNG) from the DNA/RNA 3D Structure or PDB Upload viewer, and property reports (PDF) with MW, Tm, GC%, and ε260 from Oligo Properties. Where to export from
- Oligo Properties (MW/Tm/GC) — Enter DNA or RNA sequence; get MW, Tm, GC%, ε260, primer pair Tm; download PDF report.
- Salt Adjusted Tm — Molarity, stock concentration, dilution; use with MW from Oligo Properties for salt-adjusted Tm.
- DNA/RNA 3D Structure — Load oligonucleotide or nucleic acid PDB; view and export PDB or PNG.
- PDB Upload — Upload your DNA/RNA or oligo PDB; view and export PDB or PNG.
- Double Helix Builder — Multi-frame or helix preview; export PNG.
- Batch Analysis — Multiple sequences; export table as CSV or ZIP of PDF reports when available.
