PDB Upload

Load DNA/RNA or oligonucleotide PDB to view in the 3D viewer. Use the main viewer to enter a PDB ID from RCSB or paste a URL to a structure file.

After loading, use the viewer to rotate, zoom, and export the structure as PDB or PNG. For single-structure view use DNA/RNA 3D Structure; for multi-frame or helix preview use Double Helix Builder. See Export formats and Batch Analysis Export for details.

Choose PDB file

Select a PDB file to view in the 3D viewer. Rotate, zoom, measure, and export from the viewer bar.
