Visual Oligo

Batch Export

Export multiple structures or calculation reports in a single operation. This page explains how batch export works on Visual Oligo and where to do it.

What you can export in batch

For oligonucleotides, batch export means processing multiple DNA or RNA sequences at once and downloading either a summary table (CSV) with MW, Tm, GC%, and length, or optionally a ZIP of PDF reports—one per sequence. Use this for primer sets, oligo libraries, or comparing properties across sequences.

How to run a batch export

Use the Batch Analysis tool when available: enter or paste multiple sequences (one per line). The tool builds a table with properties for each oligo. Download the table as CSV, or generate a ZIP of PDF reports if supported. For single-sequence reports use Oligo Properties; for 3D structures use the DNA/RNA 3D Structure or PDB Upload viewer (one structure at a time).

Formats and limits

Batch export produces CSV (table) and optionally PDF (per-sequence reports in a ZIP). For format details and single-structure export (FASTA, PDB, PNG), see Export formats. Rate limits may apply for very large batches; check the tool page for current limits.
